If you know what you require or the work has been previously been diagnosed, speak to our FM Helpdesk, we are confident we can give you a competitive fixed price quote that includes labour and materials.
We are confident that our prices cannot be beaten on quality and cost; we regularly check our prices to keep us competitive. However, we will be happy to try and price match any of our competitors’ quotes.

Recall Policy
Recalls: Worried that our engineer won't fix the problem, but you will still be charged?
We have a no quibble 7 day recall policy, this means if anything goes wrong with the work within 7 days we will reattend free of charge with no quibble. After the 7 day period we will still attend again free of charge for up to 1 year (as all our work and parts come with at least a 1-year warranty). However, we will take a £75+VAT deposit. If the problem is related to our work, we will refund the deposit. However, if the issue is related to something else, we will provide a full report and the engineer will explain fully on site. However, the deposit will be charged.
Fair pricing policy guaranteed
All our prices that are quoted are plus VAT.
All our charges are transparent, fully auditable and backed up by the latest evidence based technology and tracked vehicles, which means there are no hidden charges. We do have a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in half hour increments. All material charges are quoted in advance and agreement is sorted before work is carried out. Our estimates are designed to be detailed and be easy for you to read and compare with our competitors; we never over price or over promise.
