Our accredited engineers fix all types and makes of boilers, including Worcester Bosch Boilers, Keston Boilers, Vaillant Boilers, Baxi Boilers, Potterton Boilers, Ideal Boilers, Glow-worm Boilers and Vokèra Boilers. We also have expert engineers who deal with electric and oil boilers.

The engineer will be allocated 1 hour to fix the main issue. If the engineer is able to fix the issue in less than 1 hour, the other issues can be attended to. If the engineer runs over the 1-hour time that is allocated, the next hour will be charged at a significantly discounted price.

The initial call out fee includes the engineer coming out to your property, identifying the issues, and resolving it if achievable. We do have a 92% first rate fix, however, in certain situations, the engineer may need more time or parts. Our engineers carry multiple generic parts in the van, however if parts need to be sourced from merchants, the engineer will let you know, and a quote will be sent over to you on the same day. If you then would like to go ahead with the further works, you have the option to do so by accepting the quote.

We have a 14-day no quibble cancellation period. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your booking, you can give us a call a day before your appointment and we will refund your money.

If you are a home-care customer, you will only be charged a small excess instead of a hefty call-out fee for a boiler breakdown. This will be debited from your bank account directly and there will be no extra charges
